Bio

Allen Henry is a second-year IFL defensive lineman. In 2025, Henry's rookie season, he appeared in all 19 of Green Bay's games, including the playoffs, finishing the year with 42 tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss, four sacks, and two pass breakups. Henry was selected for the 2025 IFL All-Rookie team.

Before joining the Blizzard, he played for Coastal Carolina in 2022 and 2023. The team won the Hawai'i Bowl during his senior season.
