Andrew Carter Signs With The Birmingham Stallions of the UFL
Green Bay Blizzard offensive lineman Andrew Carter has signed with the Birmingham Stallions of the UFL.
Andrew Carter, starting center for the Green Bay Blizzard, has officially joined the Birmingham Stallions. On May 20, the UFL Communications Department made the signing public via a post on X. The Birmingham Stallions' official roster can be found here.
The Blizzard have been among the IFL's best offenses with Carter at the center position. In 2025, Green Bay scored the most points per game of any team (54.3). Additionally, the team was in the top five in fewest sacks allowed. Each accomplishment is, in part, thanks to Andrew Carter's reliable and excellent play. That season, he started all 19 games: 16 during the regular season and three playoff games. Green Bay held a 10-6 record at the end of the regular season, won two playoff games, including the Eastern Conference Championship, and advanced to the IFL Championship game. Carter was selected for the All-IFL Second Team that year. Yet, he was not satisfied.
The lineman continued to work and improve. Then, in the following season, Carter picked up where he left off. Again, the team is top three in points per game (51.4). The star O-Lineman has played in five games in 2026, starting each at Center. The team won each of those games. In total, Andrew Carter has started in 24 games for the Green Bay Blizzard across two seasons, appearing in some of the franchise's most historic games, including its first IFL Eastern Conference Championship win and its first IFL Championship game. The feeling in Green Bay is one of pride and excitement as Andrew Carter takes his talents to the UFL!
The Birmingham Stallions are adding Carter during a crucial stretch of games. They find themselves fighting for playoff position. At a record of 4-4, only two games separate them from the top of the standings and elimination from playoff contention. So, with just two weeks remaining in the regular season, the team is adding Carter and preparing for a playoff push!
Fans can catch Andrew Carter's potential debut on the Birmingham Stallions upcoming game this Saturday (5/23) at 2 PM CST on ESPN on ABC. Look for number 62 in the red and gold!
Good luck in the UFL, Andrew Carter!
