Blizzard Sign Running Back Kairee Robinson For The 2026 Season
The Green Bay Blizzard have officially signed running back Kairee Robinson for the 2026 season.
Kairee Robinson, the 5-foot-8, 200-pound running back from Antioch, California, is coming to Green Bay. It is his first season in the Indoor Football League. Still, Robinson is coming in with experience and familiarity with the team! This knowledge will serve him well as the Blizzard prepare for their first road trip of the season.
From 2019 to 2023, Robinson attended San Jose State University. In five seasons of play, the Spartan appeared in 54 games and racked up 2,713 rushing yards and 31 rushing touchdowns on 513 attempts with 708 receiving yards and five touchdowns on 90 receptions. During his final season, Robinson was honored with an All-Mountain West First Team selection (2023). In addition, he set or tied many program records, including consecutive games with a touchdown (11), total touchdowns in a season (20), number of games with a rushing touchdown (21), and career touchdowns (36). After completing his final impressive season, Robinson signed with the Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted free agent in July of 2024. He played in three games of the 2024 NFL Preseason.
In 2026, Robinson will play with the Green Bay Blizzard. He reunites with former teammate Jaime Navarro. The two Spartan alums shared the field during each of Robinson's seasons playing in college. Through their combined efforts, they created a threatening rushing attack at San Jose State, with Navarro creating space from the offensive line and Robinson rushing through the gaps. Their shared chemistry may continue to shine in the IFL. Robinson's first chance to show his skill comes when the Blizzard travel to Iowa to take on the Barnstormers, Saturday, April 4!
Welcome to the team, Kairee Robinson!
