Bio
Napralla joined Green Bay's front office in the fall of 2021 after spending eight years as a member of the Blizzard coaching staff. He oversees the team's season ticket program, in addition to helping develop partnerships with area schools and local groups. In the offseason before the 2026 Blizzard season, Napralla accepted a role as the Director of Football Operations for the Sports Emporium. The Sports Emporium and Green Bay Blizzard are working together on Yeti Youth Flag Football, a youth football program in Northeast Wisconsin.
